hey all. its been a while and i figured i'd start off with the big reason its been so long. Game that devour your life. and i don't just mean casually playing mabye 20-30 hours a week. i'm talking 40+ a week. I've just finally gotten around to de-activating my 2nd of two World of Warcraft accounts after playing for two years (the last 18 months being the worst) just as new content comes out. already got people bugging me to get i back. so far i'm staying away and plan on using my gym membership a lot more. Any thoughts or similar experiences from anyone here?

to be honest, and ill be murdered for saying this...but the random battles pissed me off no end. you bet an amiga... ive two 1200's and a 500 about the place somewhere... my entire childhood was spent on an amiga playing sensible soccer and the microprose hits..incidently, these pro evolution soccer games and fifa soccer games have nothing on sensible soccer for sheer playability. i think ill have a game now... i feel a devouring coming on..

Nah, i'm not big on random battles either. I much prefer systems like Chrono Trigger or Earthbound have. VI is my favorite for the characters and story.I had an NES growing up, didn't even know that the hell an Amiga was until like 8 years ago.

ah..so you know spirit...you know... i remember myself and my buddy used to play a cup with the custom teams. we got really into it and used to use pause the game to jokingly analyse the many aspects of our awesome goals...we used markers to circle players and moves on the tv...and then found out they were permanent... daveyg didnt get dinner that night... | Vapor 2808 points Reply posted at Monday 19th Apr, 07:29 |
FF IV, FFVI, FFVII, FFIX, FFX, FFXII. The rest, I could take or leave. VIII was okay once or twice but Squall was a whiny emo bitch.... just saying.Spirit- The furthest retro I'm managing at the moment is Suikoden II.... which I *finally* managed to snag on ebay for less than an arm, leg, and kidney.

I don't really have any games I'm addicted to right now. I have been playing a free game called Smokin' Guns with my friends on LAN, its pretty fun.I finished Dark Void recently, which was decent but nothing spectacular.
Dave, I almost fell out of my chair when you mentioned the markers.
