Games that devour your life
hey all. its been a while and i figured i'd start off with the big reason its been so long. Game that devour your life. and i don't just mean casually playing mabye 20-30 hours a week. i'm talking 40+ a week. I've just finally gotten around to de-activating my 2nd of two World of Warcraft accounts after playing for two years (the last 18 months being the worst) just as new content comes out. already got people bugging me to get i back. so far i'm staying away and plan on using my gym membership a lot more. Any thoughts or similar experiences from anyone here?

When I had 56k like you do I spent a lot of time sifting through snes roms, I loved finding rpg's that hadn't been released here, gettting an ips patch for it, and spending my time on those. But then again rpg's are probably my favorite genre so my amusement came easily.

I love even the simplest of RPGs. I hacked my Wii, so I can play NES/SNES ROMS all on my TV. Woo!

I had a hacked wii, mostly used it for adding more stuff to SSBB. However I sold it to pay for rent one month. That was not fun. Though if you want I can recommend a few good rpg's you may or may not have played.

Do tell, I could always use a decent game.
Although I'm still trying to beat Zelda Link to the past...

I love Link to the Past, I had that cart way back when.
Let's see. Im going to list off a lot of japanese titles that you can get an IPS for.
Bahamut Lagoon, Treasure of the Rudras, Seiken Densetsu 3, Shin Megami Tensei 1 and 2, Dark Law-Meaning of Death, Live-a-Live, Mystic Ark, Gunman's Proof (this one's kinda like zelda), Dragon Quest V, Dual Orb 2, Metal Max Retuns, Star Ocean, and Tales of Phantasia. Those are the ones I can recall off the top of my head.

Well, maybe I'll google a few of those.
I got SCUMMVM on my Wii too so I finished Sam and Max and Beneath A Steel sky for the first time.
Pure awesomeness.
