Useless blabbering:
I have never made any of music on computer. In the 90's we had a death/thrash project called Nuctemeron. (yeah, Sodom worship all the way ! Later changed it's name to Nuclear Pussy...) We played mainly NME and Merciless covers with that line-up. There were some rehearsal tapes that never made it to the public, I think we had one own song called "Lord of Putrefaction" or something like that. Which was of course a total rip-off from a band with the same name (Jus of LoPeventually moved out to form the almighty ELECTRIC WIZARD).
When I got bored with that, I moved on to make noisecore as a duo, drums-guitar-vocals kind of thing, with a project called Pathologia Perversis. We intended to make one demo with side A being total armageddon and outburst of noise and the B-side to be more punkish kind of thing, just like Sore Throat did on Disgrace to the Corpse of Sid LP. I think was called "Audio Assault Manifesto" or something. It never came out... Maybe I will revive it one day and actually do it.
Nowadays i'm actually trying to release a demo which is dedicated to Greek Black Metal bands such as Necromantia, Varathron and Rotting Christ. Riffs are coming in slowly, but on some beautiful day I can show my gratitude as a tribute with this upcoming thing. Cassette demo, of course. Maybe someone will be interested to release it on a label, who knows.
As far as gear is concerned, I used Marshall JCM800 head on some shitty amp, it turned out quite good if I remember right. For Pathologia Perversis, I had a 15 watt combo amp and a Korean Ibanez guitar copy. It turned out like shit, which was of course the purpose since we didn't want to have a polished sound.
